Georgina Thomas, Director                                  
Started Budge in 2004 after completing her Degree and MSc at Imperial College and realising the huge opportunity Dubai had to offer in terms of offering a high quality service coupled with offering key destinations and not just jobs. Georgina is a Member of the REC and has been largely responsible for developing the whole Budge ethos and process of professional and ethical recruitment in the company.                

Stuart Walsh, Director                       
Started Budge in 2004 having spent 12 years working in Customer Relationship and Brand Management with leading corporations including Ford, General Motors, Visa and Hilton Hotels. Having spent 10 years living and working in the Middle East, he now heads up the UK office and is focusing on developing Budge globally.


Gareth Preece, Senior Consultant
Joined Budge in 2007 as a Senior Consultant where he heads up Technical and Construction recruitment across the UK, Europe and further afield in the Far East and Australasia.  Gareth is REC qualified and has over 5 years experience in technical and construction recruitment working with most of the industry leading clients in his field.

Simon Haworth, Senior Consultant
Joined Budge in 2008 as a Senior Consultant where he heads up FM & Property recruitment across the UK, Europe and further afield in the Far East and Australasia.  Simon has more than 5 years experience in Property related recruitment and spent the last 3 years carrying out global recruitment/executive search for a leading London based company in London.

Middle East

Amy Foldvari, Managing Consultant - RPO
Amy joined Budge in 2008 to establish the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) of Budge where she works with businesses, HR functions and in-house resourcing teams to analyse, design and implement staffing frameworks and deliver solutions that will optimise the value of new or existing resourcing functions. Amy has supported RPO solutions in clients such as Siemens Business Services UK, Computer Science Corporation (CSC) UK and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) Australia over the past 8 years.

Fran Ellis, Senior Consultant
Fran joined Budge in 2006 and heads up our Building & Infrastructure desk. Fran began her career in recruitment after qualifying as a professional recruiter with the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) in 2004 and had a very successful career with a large National recruiter in the UK. In 2005 Fran was awarded top 3 Permanent consultant in the country and subsequently was offered a role within the same group to set up and develop a new business sector for the group in Dubai. Fran has been recruiting in the Middle East for the last 3 years and has built up an excellent reputation in the construction market. 

Louisa Soer, Senior Consultant

Louisa joined Budge in 2006 and heads up our General Professional Services desk. After graduating in 2002 from the University of Brighton with a 1st Class BA (Hons) Degree in Hospitality Management Louisa joined the Jumeirah Group in Dubai where she was the Corporate Business Development Executive for the prestigious Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. Following this, she returned to the UK where she joined the Rocco Forte Lowry Hotel as their Corporate & Leisure Sales Manager. Louisa recruits across a broad range of skills including HR, Sales & Marketing across multiple industries.

Adam Robinson, Trainee Consultant
Adam joined Budge in 2008 and works on the Facilities Management desk assisting in the recruitment of all junior, middle and senior management positions within the Facilities Management sector, including but not limited to service providers, in house, and consultants across the Gulf region. Adam has been in the UAE for the last 15 years, growing up in the Middle East he has experience of dealing with a cross section of people and nationalities.

Cecie Goodwin, Recruitment Consultant
Cecie joined Budge in 2008 and is working on the HSE desk, encompassing all areas of Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability. She has more than 5 years experience within Recruitment and has come directly from the UK, where she has several successful years with a leading agency. Cecie will be focusing on sourcing mid to senior level professional HSE candidates, as the demand for higher standards in HSE is at an all time high in the Middle East.

Harriet Bugg, Office Co-ordinator
Harriet joined Budge in 2009 as the Dubai Office Coordinator. After graduating from Oxford Brookes University in 2007 with a BSc in Accounting and Statistics, Harriet moved to Dubai to gain experience in an international business environment. During her time in the Middle East Harriet has gained extensive knowledge of the workings of this multicultural market place and uses her knowledge to support the recruitment team in Dubai both in an administrative and sales support function. The regional experience she has gained during her time in Dubai is a real asset when it comes to dealing with the quirks and the red tape of the local market.
